Testing

Dr. Pittman administers the Woodcock-Johnson IV Tests of Achievement. This assessment includes the 11 tests in the Standard Battery with an additional nine tests in the Extended Battery. The clusters measure academic achievement in the areas of Reading, Mathematics, Written Language, and areas of academic skills and knowledge. The assessment takes approximately 3 hours to administer. A 30-minute parent meeting will be held to discuss the test results.

The learning style inventories take about 45 minutes to administer and can be completed in-person or via Zoom. At a later date, typically within one week, a 30-minute parent meeting will be held in-person or via Zoom to discuss the results and the implications for learning. The inventories provide a snapshot of how your child learns best at this time, and we can also look at results from a growth mindset perspective to look at opportunities for strengthening other areas.
